We are in search of a talented Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives and fortify our market presence. The role involves strategic planning, partnership development, and community engagement. This is a full-time position with the possibility of remote work.
Remote (Global) or On-site (Location to be discussed)
Identify and pursue business opportunities including partnerships, collaborations, and new market entries.
Conduct market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors’ marketing movements.
Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, potential partners, and key stakeholders.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement effective business strategies.
Prepare and present business proposals, financial projections, and various reports to the executive team.
Assist in the organization and execution of events, webinars, and community engagement activities.
Ensure effective communication across all channels including social media platforms, emails, and newsletters.
Contribute to by providing insights into market demand, opportunities, and risks.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry.
Proven track record of successful deals, partnerships, and strategic planning.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency market.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Pre-existing relationships in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.
Experience with multi-chain environments like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polygon.
Comfortable using analytics tools and CRM software.
Basic understanding of smart contracts and DeFi platforms.
